Simple Paypal Buttons no longer supported

Are Simple Paypal Buttons no longer supported? i had thought that maybe paypal buttons had gone the way of search keywords in google analytics (what is the point of analytics now??) and had been dropped but after a few hours of searching  i found an old page on paypal that pointed me in the right direction: https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-create-paypal-buttons-to-accept-payments-on-my-website-faq1021 To edit a Buy Now button: Go to All Tools. Click Integrate PayPal. Below “PayPal Buttons”, click Open. Select the button you want to edit, and then click Create Button. From here you can create similar, create new or go to “My Saved Buttons”. Make your changes to the button, and then click Save Changes.  Click Select Code to select the button code. Copy and paste the button code into your website. and there they were my old paypal buttons. Phew!

To edit a Buy Now button:

  1. Go to All Tools.
