This document outlines the requirements for submitting guest posts to WellMade Website. Adherence to these guidelines ensures a smooth and efficient publishing process.

I. Content Requirements

• Originality & Relevance: All content must be entirely original and align with our interests: Web Design, UI/UX, SEO, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Growing Businesses Online. Please do not plagiarise others work.
• Quality & Readability: Articles should be well-researched, informative, valuable and engaging for our readers. Please maintain a professional tone, that is free of grammatical errors and utilises clear, concise language. Avoid fluff or generic content.
• Word Count & Formatting: A minimum word count of 1000 words is required. Use headings and subheadings (H1, H2, H3), short paragraphs and bullet points to enhance readability.
• Citations & Sources: Credible sources must be cited for all statistics, studies and facts. Please check that links are active.

II. Linking Guidelines

• Do-Follow Links: One do-follow link to your website is acceptable. Additional links may be available for a fee. Links must be contextual and naturally integrated within the content. Please avoid forced or promotional placement.
• Prohibited Links: Links to adult, gambling, pharmaceutical or illegal content are strictly prohibited. Low-quality, spam, or black-hat SEO websites are also not accepted. Avoid keyword stuffing and unnatural anchor text.

III. Image & Media

• Featured Image: A high-quality, royalty-free image is required.
• Additional Images & Media: All images and media (infographics, videos) must be properly licensed or credited (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Envato). Ensure all media is relevant to the article’s content.

IV. Editorial & Ownership

• Editorial Rights: WellMade Website reserves the right to edit, modify or reject any submitted guest post to maintain quality and SEO compliance. This includes adjustments to links, formatting and structure.
• Content Ownership: Upon publication, the guest post becomes the property of WellMade Website and cannot be republished elsewhere without explicit permission (except with items co-posted on FIZZ).

V. Submission & Payment

• Turnaround Time: Approval and publishing typically take 2-5 business days.
• Submission Format: Submit your article in Google Docs or Word format.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be completed before publishing (via PayPal, GoCardless, or bank transfer). No refunds are offered after publication.

VI. Prohibited Content

• AI-generated, spun, or plagiarized content is strictly forbidden.
• Offensive, misleading, or clickbait content will not be accepted.
